All Inclusive Service Agreements

How It Works

Keep your photocopier in excellent working order with our service agreements. Our comprehensive service agreement means that for the price per page quoted, you will have complete peace of mind, as:

• We will install the equipment at your premises free of charge.
• Toner, consumables, parts, labour and call out charges are all covered.
• We have a four hour response time as standard for service calls.
• If your machine cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame you will be provided with a loan machine.
• If your machine is deemed beyond repair (not through accidental damage), you will be supplied with a replacement machine free of charge, for the duration of your service agreement.
• There are no hidden charges such as excess coverage charge, yearly extended warranty/service charges, annual fees for machine monitoring etc. Also, the price quoted is per A4 sheet, not each development cycle. (Every colour page has 4 development cycles and some companies charge for each cycle - which means you pay four times as much!).
